Instructions for Poster Session Presenters
All papers (full and short) at AAMAS06 will also be presented as
posters. The total number of posters will be 260. The poster
boards are located at the third floor mall. In the morning,
authors have the opportunity to attach their poster to the
poster board assigned to them. Information concerning which
poster board is assigned to which paper will be provided at
registration.
DIMENSIONS:
For your poster, a board will be provided which measures 110cm wide by 165cm tall. Pins or
adhesive will be provided at the conference to mount your poster to the board. Please refer the image
of poster board and samples of poster presentations.
Posters should be set as soon as possible and not later than 10:00 a.m. on the day that your poster is to be presented,
and removed at 18:00.
Time:
Prepare a short presentation of about 5 or 10 minutes that you can periodically give to those
assembled around your poster throughout the 80 minute poster session. If possible, more than one author
should attend the session to aid in presentations and discussions, and to provide the presenters with
the chance to rest or briefly view other posters.
